The Ten Cash Postage Stamp


In 1921 the letter postage rate was raised from eight to ten cash. This new stamp met the sudden demand. It was later surcharged, and overprinted for use on the Service of the State. For now, here are images of sheets letterpressed from two of the plates, named by their former owner, F, P and T.
